Vang Domains (vangdomains.com) is responsible for the data on this website. Questions about your data: info@vanghosting.com.

The domain shop runs at GoDaddy

Searching, registering, transferring and renewing domains, your account and payments all run on the storefront of our partner GoDaddy (secureserver.net). When you search for a domain or click through to register, transfer, My account or Whois, you go to GoDaddy's site. What you enter there, such as your name, address and payment details, goes to GoDaddy and falls under the storefront's privacy policy. This website does not see or store it.

What we collect and why

Server logs

Like every web server, ours notes each request: your IP address, the time, the page, your browser (user agent) and the page you came from. We use this to keep the site secure and to fix problems (legitimate interest). The logs are deleted after 7 days.

Each night we make visitor statistics from these logs, for ourselves only: visitors, pages, countries and search engines. In those statistics IP addresses are anonymized.

E-mail

When you e-mail us, we keep your message and e-mail address to answer you, and for as long as we work together.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies: no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no tracking scripts from other companies. GoDaddy's storefront sets its own cookies; see their privacy policy.

Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your data. Our servers are in the Netherlands, at TransIP.

Changes

When we change this statement, we publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
